Maybe try to get a guest mix on somebodies show as a starter

Yeah,

But I find it difficult to send some Belgian Dj's a messega like: Hey, I'm David and I'd like to have a guest DJ-mix in your show...

There should be a talent-day on AH.FM (even 1 day out of 365) where 24 wanna-be Dj's can show their skills, and the crowd votes...

(But that is my honnest opinion...)
