well , actually ,reactions are infinite as every one of us are different

but most of the time they just get more angry

then we start with all the "i want a manager/supervisor" thing
so first step is to convince them that a supervisor wont do anything that i cant do so they insist just to....

"but you're a supervisor! why do u need to transfer me?"
"beacuse im a telesales supervisor, not a costumer care/tech support/whatever"
"but i've lost my time"
"weren't you told that was going to happen?"
"oh... right.."

Ha! No matter what they do or say, they're screwed.
