FROM HIS BIO:
I have been producing EDM (Electronic Dance Music) since 2005. I have a number of my own tracks, re-mixes and mash-ups. In 2008, I started Djing, mainly in different styles of my favorite music genre, trance then adding texture to my range by playing different styles of commercial and non-commercial house.
I started my career off in Student Unions back in 2009, rarely able to play what I really wanted to which was Trance. Back in April 2010, I went on a DJ academy master course and they spotted my talent for selecting and mixing different styles of Trance. This ended up in me playing the odd gig there every 2-3 months under other brands from September 2010.
From early, I joined up with a friends who ran a brand called CTRL and we started putting on our own events in Bournemouth as well as me continuing the gigs at Ministry of Sound. We did a huge event in July 2011 where we say Matt Zo headlining.
From June 2012, we started running our own events at Ministry of Sound appearing on the same line up such as DJ's Marco V, Lisa Lashes and Gareth Emery.
I decided to split from CTRL at the end of 2012 to concentrate on bigger things so I started up my own record label from the beginning of 2013 called Elevation Audio with a friend, Matt Driver who i knew was knowledgable and passionate about the scene.
Since then we have hosted a further 3 nights at Ministry of Sound under the Elevation Audio brand alongside names such as Ferry Corsten & Markus Schulz and also putting on our exclusive pre parties to give other DJ's the opportunities to be a part of what we love.
We have also signed 8 new original productions, one from myself which will be released all throughout the remainder of 2013.
Big things are happening this Summer for myself as a DJ and my label as we head to Ibiza to put on an event, we are co-branding with one of the biggest artists management companies in the UK - ADDA to put on an exclusive trance boat party on the Thames. Plus, we'll be hosting the South West Four after party and continuing with our bi-monthly residency of hosting events at Ministry of Sound.
I will be releasing many of my own tracks over the course of the next couple of years both on my own label and other labels worldwide.
