What if it's unreleased material he has that he's going to play in it, but labels / artists who have sent him that material don't want that stuff getting out to public airwaves? That's something you have to understand if you're a radio listener.

It's still a big we don't know why Rich requested for no broadcast but unreleased material being in his set could be a big reason for it.
