WTF thats ******* cheap......my parents live a bit outside of stockholm they have 3 bedrooms, a livingroom, kitchen and bathroom, and they payed 1,3 mil swedish kr for it, now its worth 1,9mil, and my apartman i got really cheap its 7min from center of stockholm, i got it for 350k and now its worth 2,1 mil, its one bedroom, livingroom and a tiny ass kitchen and bathroom.....
