They're pretty decent actually! Haven't had any temperature problems yet.
My previous pair with heavy usage was a Sony MDR V-700. Leather cups around the ears, it gets all sweaty after long term use, had to take them off a couple of times as it was getting too hot in there.

with al the 's here it can indeed become very hot around your ears
