My ears ring from playing Extrema in my bose ear buds every morning at the gym for 2 hours (plus the 22 years total of trance music in general). I've had to put the volume so low now to give my hearing a rest. Sucks cause all I hear when it's quiet is ringing. And I didnt think I was playing it loud but over time you don't notice. I have to ask my girlfriend to repeat herself a lot. Don't play your music loud too often I'm telling you tinitus is real and no fun.
