i tell u its very annoying sometimes... esp. when i was working in shifts... it was disaster to try to sleep at 6am.... so last summer i had to install blinds like this http://www.nivalankaihdin.fi/kuvia2/sale1.jpg which blocks the light and heat quite good :smile: although i have roller blinds over them also
