I wear Shokz OpenSwim Headphones so as I don't think too much about how boring swimming for an hour is I'm not great, but can tolerate it more than running or the gym. Same here, though maybe 12C, so just the two layers

Interesting that you can swim and be tuned in at the same time Good, because you're entertained then and not bored I think swimming is better in general than running / working out. Well, it gets to 12C around later too, but I usually prefer walking in the morning.
