That's odd, that has to be fake. They don't record outgoing phone calls as it is a legal requirement to inform the person being recorded; that they are in fact, being recorded, and they don't do that when they call you.

It's very funny none the less though :lol:

Sure, but that's hardly the point. The average member of staff would not have access to said recordings. I really doubt that BT would be breaking such a simple law like that, it would get found out very quickly.
