Freezing smilies

Have anyone else noticed the smilies to freeze?
I'm using the newest Chrome browser.

I have had this problem long long time now. I think it was present even in the old forum, refreshing usually fixes the situation. I'm using Chrome.

only happens in Chrome, but as Tero said if you refresh solves the problem

Yeah it's been happening to me as well - also in Chrome. Refresh doesn't seem to do much though

weird im not getting this.. and im using chrome... but i always clear cache..
