can aneyone tell mw why markuz show torrent always download on 320k and not192k

can any one tell me why markuz show torrnet always download at 320k and not192k:music:
 
320k is how it is supplied to us, but ah.fm only streams at 192k maximum. therefore to place the torrent in the site it has to be the original file that is uploaded.
