Hi! Is it legal to cut tracks from podcasts?

Hi! Is it legal to cut tracks from podcasts? I mean only legal official podcasts (for example from DJ's like digweed, who may upload their podcasts to soundcloud or to some other place?
And are podcasts on this site legal too? Can i cut tracks from them?

You can, that's why Podcasts has jingles and it's 192kbps quality instead of 320kbps.

Some producers goes nuts when you take a FULL tune and post it on some blog or even upload it on YouTube, that you shouldn't :smile:
