PLEASE help me track the artist.

i had this track on a cd that a friend gave me but now that i found it after 2 years its scratched so i can only post up what i have.please help if u can as i want to get the whole track.

can you upload the audio file (mp3 would be the best audio file format for it) to zippyshare or something similar and post the link of the file in this thread afterwards?

then we could start guessing the artist and the name of the track
