It was worse for me. I couldn't even go to my desk to get my purse, let alone all my belongings. A week later, they packed up my stuff, all 16 boxes worth. It took them 2 days to do it. They had one of the guys bring it all out to my house.

actually... as the story goes... about a year ago this time i discovered ah... but the community on di ended up being more compelling for me, at least at that time. i don't think many of my di buds actually know the story, but i was injured, doped up on pain meds, and could not lie down, else it hurt like hell. Major paiin and sleep deprivation mode. spent about 4 days there sitting/sleeping in my chair. during that time i spent all kinds of hours at "the cottage" and got to know certain polar bear that used to frequent there. helped work on some translations of wolf's bio from italian - i mean i just helped polar with the grammar, etc. on english version. been friends ever since - the only person I've shared my "first post race" secret recipe with, for example.
during this time i also got "warning" pm from mod not to post so much. hell, i was typing only with one hand, my left, since right arm was incapacitated, jacked up in lala land with insufficient pain killers (wouldn't give me the good stuff until I started talking about changing doctors) and listening to trance 24x7 is the only thing that helped me take my mind somewhere else. but for about 4 days was some pretty tough going in the pain management department. anyhow, that was for posing something like 20 per day... should have realized then that was portents of things to come....
no, i did not get banned or anything, but am fed up with their bs and don't plan on spending much, if any, time there in future.

I never in my most hideous nightmares ever would have thought they'd get their panties all in a wad over the phrase "chicken shit". And then to ban me forever because of it? No warning, no, "You might want to change your post." No nothing. Just banned for all eternity.
meanwhile having dedicated forums where expicit discussions advocating illegal drug use are the daily agenda.... the hypocrisy become a bit much to swallow...

Damn, lightning doesn't waste time with near-misses when it comes to you, it just strikes you down direct.

It's amazing how many stories there are of the forums and trance helping people to cope. It's wonderful.
When I was there, when I first started, I was at nearly 100/ppd. I never got PMed about it, so I'm surprised that you'd get noticed for 20 per day.
