Where should the AH.fm Meeting be held?

I can confirm my order:

1 Black T-shirt - Size M
1 White T-Shirt - Size M
1 Lanyard.

Update on the pre-party:

The location I had in mind should be big enough for +-125 people. So that should be okay. Beers are taken care off, you can buy bottles for 50 cents a piece. There is enough for everyone.

I won't be able to handle the bar, someone that owns the place will do that. It will cost me +-20 cents per visitor to hire the bar, the tables, the lights and the person behind the bar. So if everybody chips in just 20 cents, we are in business.

How does that sound for a pre-party? :dance:

that sounds good to me :) nice job matey. This way you don't worry about any beers and your floor collapsing and having huge news in newspaper :))

You can always park on the parking lot behind my house. It's free and only a ten minute walk from the Brabanthallen. Also, you can visit the meeting :)

I don't think everybody on the list will actually show up. If it becomes REALLY big, we can move it outside or use more hallways.
