I emailed their demo email (which I was told by a friend that may be broken, so I don't know if they ever received the email...) a remix I did for the Sean Tyas Lift thing.

My remix was apparently disqualified from the comp because I had a public demo sample of it up on my SoundCloud, Sy Gardner (another contestant and a friend of Sean) talked to him and he stated this, even though it wasn't an official rule on the TID contest page, and Sean only said on his facebook that he didn't RECOMMEND (keyword, as in it wasn't a explicit rule) uploading it publicly, so a lot of good remixes (imo) got disqualified, including Sy Gardner's. Either way though it's Sean's decision, not mine.

The remix was one of my best works to date (although I have some good stuff in the works), and I figured it was too good to waste so I sent them a quick mail about it, it got 2 downloads and more plays since the day I sent it to them so I'm not sure if they are going to play it or not since I think they are obviously out of Egypt territory for this event.

Anyway sorry for the mini-novel and I didn't mean to distract from this event, but I figured it would best be explained.

Hey,

Actually no, I have 2 aliases, Maxima, and Asciel. (The explanation as to why this is is too long to list out atm.) Just do a google search for 'maxima trance' and it should be the first SoundCloud result.

I had a release planned on Blue Soho Recordings with a collaboration artist from their label, but due to some drama which I won't discuss now, it won't be released. (Only saying this since you seem to be a fan of Blue Soho Sessions here on AH.FM)

I should probably make an introduction thread since it's not generally good forum netiquette to derail a thread like this. I'll try for a formal intro soon :)

nice to meet you katie, im diego... yeah kind of hard to find people around that loves trance, so far i've seen him once lol when he and a bunch of other great djs came for tytanium sessions 100 in nyc did u go??
