nobody is a saint...but, the point is that the other place was the same at some point, 30 seconds between posts, pictures in the threads etc...etc...and as the community grows the owners of the forums have to make a choice between allowing such stuff and spending more money to provide the storage space, or putting restrictions into place, and guess what...the restrictions will take precedence...than WE the community cry foul and feel restricted
