But what's the difference about releasing radio edits instead of extended mixes? I still don't understand

This was argued about before when Blue Soho asked about this on Facebook. They typically make no sense in an uplifting track. Just ruins the journey of it by cutting it down to 4 minutes or so. It's even worse for the artists if they have to just cut it down after any hard work they put in.

I think cutting tracks is bad for instrumental ones. But still don't get it
