I gotta say, you won't love the next Southern Sun version that Paul will put out. Unless he played a remix I have yet heard before. Biggest letdown from last night, along with PPK remake. :wall:

Ah! Sorry Keith! I didn't see that! And it's actually been months since the last time I had actually been in an actual Aural Pleasures thread :blink:

First 45 minutes were amazing. Totally oldschool progressive, I didn't recognise one track apart from Mariana Trench which didn't fit all with the mood he was going for. I can't think of DJ that would play like that, probably the closest one would be JOOF? :hmmm: He then played some bad trouse, and this is where the Southern Sun and PPK remakes fit into. Total garbage imho. He changed again to some oldschool stuff, I think I recognised Communication, but the covers are so different that it was hard to say. Not 140 stuff, but real trance nonetheless. The last 20-25 minute were commercial, I guess it's the kinda of tracks he usually plays in the US.

So overall, when he was playing trance, it was :O, but he broke the flow way to many times with commercial/trouse/electro/big room tunes.
