I agree! The intros/outros can be very challenging as the structure is not always very dj-friendly. Lots of edits. I'm using Ableton for the studio mixes.

I miss the days of live acapella on 12"..... live mash up.... used to happen in my local clubs frequently. Ableton etc is amazing but live off the cuff performance is lost these days IMO

true, I don't like it when guys do live sets with Ableton. It looks like they are checking their email. Sometimes they seem totally uninterested in the audience they are so focused on that.

I agree. Its killed the vibe somewhat,. Its encouraging to a crown the DJ is feeling the tunes as much as the crowd IMO.


I liked your selection tonight BTW... all good tracks (Ive played a few proggy sets recently and in the mood for low BPM if im honest). Voted for amazing
