I've not paid for mobile phone service this month because last month I paid 50$ for 10GBs of data which I probably only used a small percent of, I just don't feel the need to have it right now, I made a google voice number but with that you can't call emergency numbers.

well I can make calls from my laptop , I take my iPhone with me when I leave the house, and in the USA its illegal for carriers to not allow you to be able to dial emergency numbers. so I can ring 112 or 911 , its the same thing , here.

my brother picked me up for Christmas and as we were driving across the bridge to go to where my family was having dinner, there was this truck right ahead of us that was wobbling all over the lane, person was clearly drunk, so I called the police and reported it. I can do that even though I don't have service.
