thank you for your interest. I felt like my nine-year-old self, full of stress, tension, and stomach aches. But people told me then that it was great. I want to get rid of stage fright and teach my body that I can be calm and safe even when performing in front of people.

nope, I went to art school for piano for 11 years, starting at the age of 9, and I was terrified of every concert. This was after 17.5 years.
