yes but tbh, it was a problem back then, now it's not a problem with modern distillation methods

after my degree in chemistry, i tried to get hired by companies, one of them could have been a Cognac productor (as it is close to where i live and my family had friends working there)

By the way, when I was a little kid, I used to drink a bit of piołunówka (it's Polish for absinth), but I don't know more about it. I just remember it was good for treating digestive problems.

most alcoholic beverages were better for drinking than shady water. the myth lives on but honestly, not much (except for Coca Cola, it's proven)
