Gustav Update:

Landfall! The eye is just west of New Orleans. The Industrial Canal is completely full of storm surge and water is splashing over the top of the levee. There was a very large barge that broke loose and was threatening the levee wall. The US Coast Guard has recovered that barge and has is safely re-tied to the opposite side of the canal. There are also two ships that have been reported out there somewhere that the Coast Guard is searching for at this time.

At this time, the levees are holding! :grinning:
