Hello Danmarktoday afternoon I traveled 360 Km toward east, was expecting it to be a bit warmer... but I got soaked in the rain instead, haha!

It's just like Christmas! I just got my Escrow Account Disclosure Statement from CitiMortgage.

Because I paid too much last year in to my excrow account via my house payment , I got a rebate check. Woot! Money in the mail! $127. 04 :grinning:

And even BETTER, my house payment went down. From $526.82 to $519.61. Since I always pay $600, that's more to go for the principal. Far fooking out!

edit: And why did this happen? Because my property taxes went down. Texas rules. :grinning:
