It's like their cats, they let them breed between brothers and sisters and they have dozens of them, in poor condition. I suspect it's the same problem with their own family.

Well, in Belgium, it's completely their fault: the more kids the parents have, the more money they get in allocations each month. Clearly, many of the workless people have kids just for the money. I think it's the case here as well.

Getting the impression, this sad issue is some long(er) term event ... Social institutions are many: social and psychological support, for instance ... :megacrazy:
