It's exactly the same signal on both left and right channels... although I can't check with exactitude as I'm at work listening to the show with earphones. But I checked with a couple of other sets I have on my PC, and yes, this one seems like it's not in stereo.

Something must have gone wrong while recording/encoding/processing it, in my humble opinion :(
