That bad, he must of uploaded a incomplete mp3 file or corrupted file that crashed the shoutcast broadcast software. Many thanks for getting it up and running again.

Well, the file appears to be fine, but that's how software is. Sometimes two pieces, in this case a particular mp3 file and the shoutcast software, just don't get along, even if the two work properly when tested separately. His file could be completely fine on his PC and there was an error introduced during the upload, who knows...
The cyber criminals of the world love things like this, while the software writers have nightmares about it .
