I've been on stations with chatrooms before and although they are good fun, I like the forums more because they are a more permanent record - and I can go back afterwards and read what I missed if need be Or I can send links to the artists whose tracks I played and show them what the reactions were, which I do regularly

Totally agree. Ugh, chatrooms, where everybody is talking at once. Such a mess, really. Forums like this are great places though as long as you have a great community like this
