Nah you're right. UK Hard Trance is definitely different to the rest of the world. Its much more driving, it can be a bit overwhelming sometimes.

To my impression, you're absolutely right. There both 'national identities' ( at some rate - of course there are always the exceptions too ) I noticed the differences too buying compact discs years ago. Different ' flavors ' of ( all kind of ) Dutch and German DJ's for instance :grinning:​

not just in the music but in each personallity and behaviour as well

I think trance, in general, should be played at this faster speed. It just keeps my interest a bit more tbh

I think your rite, its weird most the songs in n2o set I chose not to play, ive always likes the harder side tbh but I wouldnt call this hard trance, just pitched up a bit. I also like to play a bit diff to all the other guys on here, so many good DJ's on this station

i have been to parties to UK and to Holland and i have notice the difference!Ofcource this is not hardtrance,no i am not trying to act like a clever one or something,just a bit pitched up as you mention!But thats why i personally like it because its a click different from the usually trance beat we know!

and not a single clue about those IDs haha

I definitely agree with that. Its just a pain, cause you're waiting for the nice trancey sounds to come back and they never do..
