I already have a power supply fan (comes with), 2 case fans and a little CMOS fan on the Mobo. I have 2 WD 250G drives that get hot. Without fans, they get over 57°C and then shut down. I have fans for them, but they are noisy and suck up a lot of dust. I want something better and quieter.

How much disk access are you doing that would make the drives get that hot?

It seems like you should have plenty of cooling power, unless your case is poorly designed and the airflow doesn't really get to the drives. In that case I don't know what to suggest - maybe make some perforations in the case next to the drives so that some of the air is drawn in across them? You may also just be able to buy a new case for fairly cheap that has better airflow. That might be all you need.
