just lost the service for 5 mins, its been happening a lot recently and i've called them a lot about it. but i cant complain because i have unlimited bandwidth, because the company got caught by a consumer awareness TV show that discovered that were not providing what they advertised in terms of speed. so they had to give bonuses to some customers, and i got unlimited bandwidth.

ya it is pretty awesome. i listen to internet radio, watch youtube, and use torrents as much as i want without worrying about going over. but the disconnects are annoying and sometimes they last like 15-20 mins, last week it was 5hrs!!!
