I dare to discuss that imho tad too quick conclusion : the time of the day ( night ) plays a role as well. At the change of a set, many people take the very moment to leave - nothing unusual ​

in my view, before making àny conclusions, one should take measurements at 'equal moments' : same times in the week, same shifts of 'genre', during some months (thus mittigating the inevitable effects of random / coïncidence and time of the season (holidays, for instance ) ​
