I make a massive homemade deep dish apple pie, too. Super tender and flaky crust (I use Crisco shortening, only the best). Top it off with Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream and folks, we have a winner.

I wish i could cook as well and often. I just sometimes blame my current living arrangements (in which i live with a mostly lazy person, who hardly does any cleaning..... which makes me think less about cleaning my own room or any other room in the apartment)

cooking would be fun especially with a significant other to my liking!
