the only reason they come is beacause the weather. right now houses are 4 rooms like 150 g's. and i agree. the beaches here are amazing!!

True. Now ... I have to admit ... my place is a double-wide. But it's a nice house and laid out well. I have a formal living room and dining room, den with fireplace, big kitchen and a dinette, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, office (the 5th bedroom), utility room, front porch in the shade of the house (on east side). It's great. I love my house.

Santa Maria California. i saw a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom for 150 also. the rest are 3 or 4 beds 150-250 at the moment.
