Where should the AH.fm Meeting be held?

I'll do that. I just sent out an email asking if I can use the bar in the building. And while I'm typing, I'm getting a response. :lol: They want to discuss it in person with me tomorrow.

So within 24 hours I should know if it's possible to use the bar. Fingers crossed AH peeps!
 
small update Im coming with 20+ people to meeting :)
 
No problem, if I get to use the bar in the building. The entrance hall in front of it can cope with 50 or so people.

It's not totally official yet, but there is a 95% chance I can use the bar in the building. There will be some more costs than I expected (lights and 2 owners of the bar that want to be payed :dontknow: ) but I don't expect it to be more expensive than let's say 5 euros. That includes all the beer you can drink. :super:

I'm kinda getting worried about the amount of people coming. Hope not everyone on the list is actually attending. I think 60/70 is about the max capacity for the space available. Also, I have to buy massive amounts of beer, that will take the whole day. :lol:

I suggest to save you time... maybe just get 5 cases of beers whoever will drink will have to chip in money, else everyone bring beers to the meet.

What you guys think? I mean no way you guys will drink more then 2-3 beers? or we will need a bus to drive us to the asot drunk :)
