Where should the AH.fm Meeting be held?

The idea is to meet up in a McDonalds/Burger King/Pub/Cafe. Have some fun and fat/easy dinner together. Get to know eachother IRL. Then all together take the walk to the venue for ASOT 500 in our AH.fm t-shirts and party party party!

We could also look for a cafe, so it's possible for the many alcoholics here on AH.fm to drink a pint or 20 :P But that depends on how big the group gets :P

Anyways let us know in this thread if you're coming!

ps. Let me know if you're in need of an AH.fm thsirt. I'll bring it with me. Costs €15,-, black or white t-shirt: only XL

I'm from Den Bosch and my house is like a 5 minute walk from the venue. Not sure if I'll come to the meeting. Maybe I'll just drink cheap beer from the supermarket @ home while spinning some records on my own turntables as a warm-up. ;)

Anyway, for all you foreign trance heads, I've got room for 1 or 2 people that want to sleep over. If you are interested or need some tips/hints/tricks about Den Bosch (hotels, train tickets etc.), just send me a PM or e-mail.

Don't want to be a party pooper or anything by the way, but there is no Burger King in Den Bosch and the McDonalds is quite far away. :)

No Burger King :( Well, we'll find a solution. What's around the venue? Maybe Jeff can update the plan and poll :lol:

The venue itself is really in the middle of nowhere. The Den Bosch train station is close, but there's not much to do there.

I just realise there actually is a Burger King at the train station :) , but it's a small one and I think it closes really early. My vote is for one of the bars next to the station. There are like 5 bistro/bar like places next to each other. The Brabanthallen is probably a 10-15 minute walk from there.
 
Ok thanks hawk! The walk shouldn't be a problem and I hope to speak for everyone. We will be with a big group, so the walk will be fun and pass along unnoticable :)

Let's make the list bigger and then I will look into the venue we will be taking over :)
 
I am up for coming to this, i am travelling over from the UK by myself, so it would be good to see some people from the forum over there.
 
:'( I am not going to the ASOT, sad to think I'll miss this meeting. I hope then another one will be made ... I suggest the lumi beach festival loool as i'm sure to be at this one .. (only doing 2 events this year so far: lumi BTE and lumi beach..)

I so wish i could fly over for this cause i know it will be a blast, plus i would get to meet alot of cool people i only get to talk to on the forums here. Oh well one day, have fun:dance:

Hey guys, are most of you all going to the Trance Gathering the night before? I have not got a ticket for that yet. I am staying in Den Bosch so will it be easy to get to and get back to my hotel in the early hours of morning?
