i forgot to mention thanks for pointing out, sorry for some of the transitions today, i was forced to use 2 vbr tunes sadly, also i dont record my mixes on software:grinning:

i also record my shows with CDJs and mixer... i dont use software... so this kind of things might happen!

so far i've never noticed that, i use vbr a lot (also with hardware) and it doesn't make any difference at all. as far as i know and can tell it's just a common misconception that vbr has an influence on beatmatching. vbr only means that the bitrate is variable, not the time domain - nothing changes in the time domain at all :grinning:in some vbr tunes, as named the ''broken kicks'' occur due to change in kbps and that leads to mini seconds of delays between each kick and it is not something easy to control with hardware
