Phone rings all the time. So I only give out cell to close friends and family types. The business phone goes to vmail 80-90 percent of the time, else I'd never be able to get any work done. Cell, otoh, does not ring all the time, but when it does I know it's someone important. Not to sound elitist, but that's just the way it is else I'd be spending 4-5 hours a day handling marketing calls. :(
