Yes, aakos. It definately is. We have already had 2 waves of that flood and may third wave come...

damn! it's really bad!
we had some flood only in the north-eastern part of the country. They are still suffering of evacuation...

At first, we had floods in nearly the whole country, somewhere whirlwinds. Now we have thunderstorms, volley or dry weather... Depends when and where....
