haha hmm I was playing at 148 so unless converting to MP3 has sped it right up I think that might need calibrating!

It's an older system mixer, sometimes it is correct sometimes it is off by a little. Winamp is showing 148 while the mixer shows 150. hmmmmmmmmmmmm....

Didn't know Winamp could show BPM, how do you do that?!

Options - visualizations - click the select plugin - make sure AVS [advanced vis studio] is selected - click start button. Set the visual to something eye-pleasing. Right click on the visual, select AVS Editor. Click on Settings --> Beat Detection. Set it to advanced and make sure auto-keep and predict only is unchecked. Lastly, on the new song section, make sure its set to the Restart radio button. Then press Reset!
