Yeah... if not, ask for more vacation time to compensate. It's nearly as good.

thats the other thing... here in finland u have to earn your holiday in advance so that mean i wont have a proper holiday on summer... so have to ask if I can get it anyway somehow. although they do have a very flexible work time.. you can work in +40 hours/one week.
