I think that the ones I had before were NOT the drives, but that motherboard. I don't think that very bad motherboard would support 4 drives or even 3. After a time, it would barely support 1. When it stopped supporting my mouse, I got a nice new ASUS and have had no weirdness since.

I really believe that they sent me a "used" defective drive. It was already formatted as a dynamic drive with one partition taking up the whole drive. Every other drive I've ever bought came as basic drives and unallocated. And it wasn't in a commercial, retail box. Just the brown shipping box. :mask:

After getting my case bumped up to "Level 2" almost instantly, they promised to send a NEW one this time. LOL :lolz::grinning::cat:

Customer Service people like me. I tell my story with humor, style and decency, and I ALWAYS get great service. :super::cat:
