04. Guy J: Lost & Found

Another of my personal prog favorites and heroes Guy J launches here his own label called "Lost & Found" which will operate as sub label of John Digweed's Bedrock imprint. If this first release tells anything - it will definitely be a label to watch. Great summery and rather feel goody stuff from the Israelian prog legend.

Guy J is sick. All of his tracks has hypnotic or dreaming elements.

Can't wait to hear Involv3r, but unfortunately it keeps on getting postponed :(

Same here. I heard Sasha play his Involv3r remix of Hot Chip's Flutes live at Ushuaia in Ibiza this summer. It was near perfection so lets hope rest of the album is equally strong.

One of my favorite tracks by him. Then again every one of his tracks is flawless IMO.

Orkidea can I ask you a totally different question while you are here?
Are you behind the creation of the video of Unity yourself?

Which video? Can you point me to somewhere in YouTube etc? :)

and this extended mix makes one of the album highlights suitable for club use

The overall mix sounded slightly different from the album version. Is it? In that case the term "extended mix" is a bit weird. That term used to be used for "same track just longer/added break".

But then again messing up definitions seems to be the norm today with people calling instrumental versions "dub" even though they are not dubbing anything, record companies being called labels, cheesy electro crap being called trance and producers playing nothing but their own productions on stage being called DJ's.

Excellent flow today. :music:
