How you call it when you close your eyes, hear the awesome melodies, get carried away and forget all other things in life?

I don't call that melodic trance... I'd call it uplifting trance! It is melodic, it's a characteristic, but a characteristic of uplifting trance!

Besides... hard trance has melodies aswell, progressive too.

So melodic trance does exist, but not as a subgenre.
Uplifting trance is a subgenre!

i call it EDM, and trance is EDM, as progressive is, as hard trance is, as PSY is, as house is, and when trance started it was always called trance no that word uplifting
