true...but as of lately, there has been an "overload" of uplifting tracks released in such a short periods of time via internet stores. like remixes of tyas, kandi, activa, etc.

imo the originality that made uplifting trance stand out is fading... :/

however, there a few unheard producers out there that are doing their best to preserve the sound and restore that original feeling that made uplifting trance popular as it is now.

big and small names that we are used to hearing them play uplift are switching to crappy bleep blop and bring god damn pop and rock vocals into trance...there are many uplift tunes but not many play them anymore

So, in 2010, no more originality... We can't escape from that. It doesn't matter for me... If I have a good feeling on the track, if I feel good sensations, so I like the track, doesn't matter if the track look like another...

The originality is a bonus but it's not essential that each single track doesn't look like each other...
 
this along with Marc Dawn - Expander and Flutlicht - Icarus are some of the best hard trance classic tracks in EDM history :bow: :bow: :bow: :bow:
 
okay let me add a bit from my side ... during the 2YMC sets .. I had really made quite a fuss about Uncle Marcus's set ... and started arguing with Nifra .. I had commented that "This is noise and not music" but then I realised .. that this is something that a few people like ... its music for them ... if not for me ... so I dont necessarily have the rights to either insult them or the DJ playing it .... taste of music is completely individual ... what one likes may not be liked by the other .. both performer and listener. So ... if I dont like I dont listen to it ..but I just dont hold any authority to abuse the particular style.
