Yes it is friend classic arabic song called 'Ya Hawa Beirut' means (Hawa=Wind,Ya=she's calling the wind of Beirut) very old track late 70's.'Fayrouz' is the name of the singer.

From a branch of urban (American) slang which adds 'izz' or varients of (ie izzle/izzo) to words to create a more rhyme like 'melody' to sentences.
kid 1: "It's late, I'm heading back to the hizzous... you stayin?"

kid 2: "fo' shizzle my nizzle"

It's like Cornish rhyming slang all over again, 200 years later.
