I'm old school. Trained back in the '70s. I've very recently been working in SAX, a subset of VB written for SPSS. Back in the '90s, I tried to learn OOP, but couldn't get it then for some reason. I've since decided that Objects with their Properties and Methods are very cool indeed. Now, I don't see why I thought it was so weird and hard to understand back then. It's all still procedures and functions just like it's always been. It's all still top down. Must have been the book I was trying to learn it from back then. :blush:

wow!!!! u have some classic experience...i wonder why i dint meet u long ago..i would have been so inspired otherwise... OOP had always scared me..but evetually even i grew into it..thats what i hate abt computers..no matter what u read now..next day updated version is thrown in..now C"MON what we missing
