yahoooooooo distantland's set is killing me.... :super: :super: :super:

It's damned nice, that's for sure. Very uplifting, just the way I like it best. :super::cat:

Mom had steak, I had baby back ribs and Dad had chicken fried steak.

:( i can't even recall the last time i had a nice steak. :(

And we had excitement at the restaurant, too. The Kobe Steak House across the street apparently had a fire and it blew the power out completely in that restaurant and the 220 (1 or 2 legs of the 3-phase) in our Logan's restaurant. There was still some lighting remaining. Our food was just ready, so we got to eat in a semi dark and quiet (it blew out the sound system) place. It was great. It was still dark when we left. :grinning::cat:

there wasn't any generator or any kind of power backup..... ? :music:

distantland, do you go to school/college , or do you do DJ as full time, but then again, how to you make money to buy all the tracks and laptop and clothes and food ? do you have some job on the side, like SW programming ? :grinning:

No. Most restaurants don't have that, you know that. They expect, and rightly so for the most part, for the power to stay on. I don't have a generator at my home. I expect the power to be on when I want/need it. Just like everyone else does. :grinning:

We're all such "sheep". :mask:

have you ever tried cooking food using dried cow dung, it is used as a substitute for wood by poor people in bangladesh and india. :mask:

What are you working on today at work, Nasim? (kiss) :cat:

No, I have not, but I know that the cowboys of old and the settlers did back in the day. It works well even if it isn't exactly "aromatic". :cat:

America is First World. We use electricity, steam, or natural gas or propane for cooking/heating. Some places still use heating oil, too, up in the northeast. But the Yankees are throwbacks, of course. :mask:

Wonderful set. I voted Massive before and if I could vote again, I would vote the same way. Great job, thanks! (kiss) :grinning: :cat:
